EPA Proposes Approval of Kentucky's UIC Class II Program for Primacy

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class II Program for primacy, allowing the state to regulate injection wells within its borders. The agency requests public comment on the proposal.
