US Department of Commerce Finalizes Investigation into Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from the United Arab Emirates

The US Department of Commerce has determined that steel pipe from the UAE is being sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value, and has set dumping margins for affected companies.
