EPA Extends Comment Period for Mercury and Air Toxics Standards Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) Completion of Electronic Reporting Requirements until November 15, 2016, due to requests for additional time to prepare comments.
