Medicare and Medicaid Programs; CY 2017 Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate Update; Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model; and Home Health Quality Reporting Requirements

The final rule updates the Home Health Prospective Payment System payment rates, including standardized episode payment rates and case-mix weights, effective January 1, 2017, to account for estimated case-mix growth and rebasing adjustments, and to finalize changes to payment for high-cost outlier episodes of care and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.
