Department of Commerce to Amend Decennial Census Program Records System

The Department of Commerce is issuing a notice of intent to update the records system for the Decennial Census Programs, following the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget guidelines, and invites public comment on the proposed changes.
