DoD Adopts Final Rule for Acquisition of Military Purpose Nondevelopmental Items

The Department of Defense has finalized, with changes, an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016, which alters the criteria for the pilot program for acquiring military purpose nondevelopmental items.
