Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Fire Safety Requirements for Certain Dialysis Facilities

The proposed rule updates fire safety standards for Medicare and Medicaid participating ESRD facilities, adopting the 2012 edition of the Life Safety Code and the 2012 edition of the Health Care Facilities Code, with some exceptions, replacing earlier editions.
