PE Hydro Generation, LLC Seeks U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Approval for Hydroelectric Project

PE Hydro Generation, LLC has submitted a notice to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, seeking acceptance of its application for filing, and inviting parties to intervene, protest, or provide comments on the proposed project. The Corps will conduct an environmental analysis and solicit preliminary terms and conditions, as well as fishway prescriptions, before making a decision.
