Bayer Healthcare Secures EPA Exemption for Di-n-Butyl Adipate in Bee Hive Pesticide Formulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Bayer Healthcare, LLC an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of di-n-butyl adipate, a plasticizer used in pesticide formulations for varroa mite control around bee hives, when used at a concentration of 25% or less.
