HUD Solicits Comment on RAD Fair Housing and Civil Rights Requirements Notice

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published a notice on its RAD Web page providing updated guidance on fair housing, civil rights, and relocation requirements for the first component of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, which focuses on converting public housing units. HUD is seeking public comment on the clarity and comprehensibility of the requirements.
