Utah Department of Transportation Seeks Participation in Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has accepted an application from the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) to participate in the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program, which allows states to assume environmental responsibilities for federal highway projects, and invites public comment on the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
