US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Review on Japanese Seamless Pipe

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its review of antidumping duties on certain small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Japan, finding that four Japanese companies, including JFE Steel Corporation and Nippon Steel Corporation, have sold the merchandise at below normal value in the US market.
