EPA Approves Kentucky's Air Plan to Meet 2010 NO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of Kentucky's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission, which demonstrates the state's compliance with the Clean Air Act's infrastructure requirements for the 2010 1-hour nitrogen dioxide (NO2) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS).
