FAA Extends Comment Period for Rotorcraft Pilot Compartment View NPRM

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is reopening the comment period for its proposed rule on pilot compartment view, originally published on October 17, 2016, to allow for a more thorough analysis of draft advisory circulars and preparation of comments.
