Bureau of Industry and Security Removes Nuclear Nonproliferation Controls from Certain Export Items

The Bureau of Industry and Security has published a final rule to revise export controls on certain pressure tubes, pipes, and machine tools, making them more consistent with international standards and removing nuclear nonproliferation requirements from these items, effective immediately.
