VA Requests Emergency Extensions for Information Collection Activities

The Department of Veterans Affairs is requesting emergency extensions for three information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, including the Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS), Statement of Purchaser or Owner Assuming Seller's Loan, and Universal Stakeholder Participation Questionnaire (uSPEQ), to ensure timely processing of related forms and applications.
