FAA Updates Overflight Fee Rates After 11-Year Lapse

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is increasing overflight fee rates for aircraft flights that transit U.S.-controlled airspace, based on Fiscal Year 2013 cost and air traffic activity data, and phasing in the changes over 3 years.
