FMCSA Submits Request for Review of National Consumer Complaint Database Information Collection

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a new information collection request for the National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB), an online platform for consumers to file complaints against unsafe companies and employees, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
