The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries (NMFS) has issued a final rule to implement management measures for the Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico, extending the sunset provision for recreational red snapper sector separation measures for an additional 5 years.
