FHWA Grants Buy America Waiver for Florida SR-836/I-395 Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a notice granting a Buy America waiver for the use of non-domestic materials in the SR-836/I-395 project in Florida, from west of I-95 to the MacArthur Causeway Bridge, due to the availability of domestic materials not meeting specifications.
