Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Remove Special Iraq Reconstruction License

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has removed the Special Iraq Reconstruction License (SIRL) from the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), streamlining regulations and reducing unnecessary burdens on exporters, in line with the Retrospective Regulatory Review Initiative.
