FRA Seeks Public Comments on Renewal of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance

Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is requesting public comments on its proposal to renew its clearance to participate in the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery program, which aims to streamline public feedback on service delivery, with the current clearance set to expire on May 31, 2017.
