EPA Proposes Amendments to Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production NESHAP Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the phosphoric acid manufacturing and phosphate fertilizer production industries, in response to industry petitions filed in 2015, to update the compliance dates for certain emissions limits and monitoring requirements.
