DOT Proposes Rule to Protect Air Passengers from Unwanted Mobile Calls on Flights

The US Department of Transportation is proposing a new rule to require airlines to inform passengers in advance if they can make voice calls using mobile wireless devices on flights, and to consider banning such calls altogether on domestic and international flights.
