NIST Seeks Input from Small Manufacturers on New Capabilities for Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) plans to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) in fiscal year 2017 to competitively fund grants and/or cooperative agreements with existing Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Centers to add capabilities to the program, and is seeking input from small- and medium-sized U.S. manufacturers on their needs in areas such as critical manufacturing technologies, supply chain requirements, and potential business services.
