EPA to Establish Negotiated Rulemaking Committee for Inorganic Byproduct Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to create a committee to negotiate a proposed rule limiting chemical data reporting requirements for manufacturers of inorganic byproduct chemical substances that are recycled, reused, or reprocessed, as mandated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
