Surface Transportation Board Revises Inspection of Records and Fees Regulations

The Surface Transportation Board is updating its rules for inspecting records and charging fees in response to changes to the Freedom of Information Act, as mandated by the 2016 FOIA Improvement Act, which extends the deadline for administrative appeals and introduces new dispute resolution services.
