Air Plan Approval; Michigan; Part 9 Miscellaneous Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve administrative revisions for incorporation into the Michigan's State Implementation Plan (SIP). The submittal, by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) on December 21, 2015, makes minor corrections to Michigan's Air Pollution Control Rules entitled "Emission Limitations and Prohibitions--Miscellaneous."
