United States Sentencing Commission Publishes Guidelines for MDMA and Synthetic Cannabinoids

The United States Sentencing Commission is seeking public comment on proposed guidelines for sentencing offenses involving MDMA, synthetic cannabinoids, and synthetic cathinones, as part of its policy priority to study and consider amendments to the Guidelines Manual.
