EPA Removes Rulemaking Regulations Under TSCA Section 6

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to remove procedural requirements for rulemaking under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 6, as the amended law no longer mandates those procedures, following the passage of the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act.
