HHS Finalizes 2018 Benefit and Payment Parameters for Federally-Facilitated and State-Based Exchanges

The Department of Health and Human Services has released a final rule outlining payment parameters, cost-sharing reductions, and user fees for health insurance exchanges, as well as additional guidance on various topics related to the Affordable Care Act.
