EPA to Delete Portion of North Penn Area 6 Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region III is proposing to delete a 6.5-acre portion of the North Penn Area 6 Superfund Site in Pennsylvania from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, as amended.
