FFIEC Amends Regulations to Incorporate Changes to Freedom of Information Act

The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council is amending its regulations to extend the deadline for administrative appeals and correct a duplicate entry, as required by the 2016 FOIA Improvement Act, and in response to changes to the Freedom of Information Act.
