Commerce Control List Updates Based on NSG Plenary Meetings

The Bureau of Industry and Security has published a final rule to update the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) based on the 2015 and 2016 Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) Plenary meetings. The updates aim to improve nuclear nonproliferation controls on certain equipment, including centrifugal multiplane balancing machines and linear displacement measuring systems.
