HUD Corrects Operating Cost Adjustment Factors Notice

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has corrected a notice published on October 5, 2016, regarding the operating cost adjustment factors (OCAFs) for project-based rental assistance contracts, which incorrectly stated a one percent floor for OCAFs, when the statutory floor is zero percent.
