EPA Withdraws Primacy Approval for Kentucky's Underground Injection Control Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its approval of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class II Program due to adverse comments received from the public, reversing a decision made on October 28, 2016.
