Changes to Exchange Act Registration Requirements To Implement Title V and Title VI of the JOBS Act; Correction

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has made technical corrections to a rule published in 2016 to accurately reflect the holder of record threshold established by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The changes were made in response to the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act and the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act.
