CDC Invites Public Comment on Proposed Data Collection for Falls Screening Tools

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking public input on a proposed data collection to evaluate existing fall screening tools and potentially develop a new tool for healthcare professionals to identify older adults at risk of falls.
