NRC Re-Issues Draft Regulatory Guide for Probabilistic Risk Assessment in Nuclear Plant Changes

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is seeking public comment on a revised draft regulatory guide that incorporates additional information on defense-in-depth philosophy and expands guidance on assessing defense-in-depth evaluation factors, following an initial public comment period in 2012.
