Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. Fined by NRC for Indian Point 2 and 3

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a director's decision against Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the operator of Indian Point Nuclear Generating, Units No. 2 and 3, following a petition filed by David A. Lochbaum of the Union of Concerned Scientists in 2016.
