NRC Requests Renewal of Occupational Dose Record Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of its existing information collection, NRC Form 5, which tracks occupational dose records for a monitoring period.
