NRC Seeks Public Comment on Petition to Revise Regulations on Radioactive Materials Labeling

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received a petition from Matthew McKinley on behalf of the Organization of Agreement States (OAS) to revise its regulations regarding the labeling of certain radioactive materials.
