Submission for OMB Review: Request to Revise and Extend Existing Clearances for Certification of Independent Price Determination and Compliance

The Regulatory Secretariat Division will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget to revise and extend existing clearances for certification of independent price determination and compliance with the Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Compliance, with the goal of preventing personal conflicts of interest.
