FAR Council Invites Public Comment on Renewal of SF-1443 and FAR 52.232-16
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations require public comment on a renewal for the Standard Form (SF) 1443, Contractor's Request for Progress Payment, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.232-16, Progress Payments, which remains unchanged.
