DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Task- and Delivery-Order Protests

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to increase the threshold for task-and delivery-order protests from $10 million to $25 million, applicable to the DoD, NASA, and the Coast Guard, and to repeal the sunset date for the authority to protest the placement of an order for other civilian agencies.
