Department of Labor Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request for Loans to Plan Participants

The Employee Benefits Security Administration is requesting public comment on a proposed extension of its regulation relating to loans to plan participants and beneficiaries who are parties in interest with respect to the plan, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
