DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule Exempting $1 Coins for Government Contractors

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are releasing a new rule that allows contractors working on government contracts to opt out of accepting and dispensing $1 coins, as mandated by the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act.
