GSA Adopts Construction Project Delivery Method CMc for Reduced Costs and Schedule Growth

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to adopt the construction manager as constructor (CMc) project delivery method, which allows for early industry engagement to reduce costs and schedule growth, and provide centralized guidance for industry to understand and execute CMc construction contracts.
