U.S. Trade Representative Announces Proposed 25% Duty on Chinese Products

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation are unreasonable or discriminatory and is seeking public comment on a proposed 25% duty on Chinese products.
