U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Allegations of Patent Infringement by Certain IoT Devices and Web Applications

A complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on October 3, 2017, alleging violations of the Tariff Act of 1930 due to infringement of a U.S. patent related to IoT devices and web applications displayed on a web browser.
